Cube3 Back-2-Basics Bulkhead (B2B project)

This is part of a "Back to Basics" development effort. B2B is wrapped around making replacement parts for the Cube 3rd generation 3D printer by 3D Systems. Original cartridges are unreliable at best. this project aims to solve that. And by solve, I mean 'SOLVE' that which plagues this printer out of the box.

One of these parts finishes the cartridge case in a B2B solution. The through-hole is for a length of 98-99mm of stock tubing salvaged from the original cart. I chase the center through hole with a .111" drill bit (#34). The idea is that stock tubing fits snug in this part. You will also need to clean up the start/stop pip so the mating tube will interface correctly.

This part works with additional files for the B2B solution to connect the bowden tube. Please be patient while I gather all the bits to make this system work reliably. For those that have already adopted the system, you can now find your B2B accessories here on Thingiverse.
