CubeSat

Design configuration includes 2 unique parts and total number of parts for 1U cube is 3 ( 2 × sidecovers and 1× main part). Cube sidewalls has honeycomb structure which gives less weight in same time increase rigidity of cube. Rails are designed with internal structure to decrease weight as well cost of launching and additive manufacturing since less material is used. Cube can be 3D printed using fused deposit modeling, selective laser sintering or direct laser sintering techniques. 1U cube can be transformed in 2U, 3U... by increasing main part number. To conect main parts of 2U,3U cube, fasteners like rivets, bolts and nuts, can be used. Cube structure has 8 corner holes for antenna, extra solar cell or sensor instalations, allowing sidewalls to be fully covered with solar cells.
