CubeSat CH

Modular CubeSat design that would be manufactured through Fused Deposition Modeling and the material used would be PC-ABS. PC-ABS would provide reliable strength while also maintaining low weight as the assembly shown in the rendering is approximately 270 grams. This design allows for lots of flexibility in its structure. The adapter allows for 1U corner rails to be easily attached together with M4 screws (shown in one of the renderings) while longer corner rails are also included in the file for 3U and 6U configurations. The user may decide exactly how they want to use the components and the quantity of each. Shelves can be placed in various locations and side panels can be added if desired. Only 5 main parts that are used as many times as needed. A patent application was not filed.
