This work presents an compact heat exchanger designed for countercurrent heat transfer between hot (300 K) and cold (50 K) Neon flows. Fabricated using 3D printing technology, the exchanger features a stack of corrugated AISI 316L plates within an 80x80x80 mm. The surface microstructure, characterized by a 4x4 array of bumps and corresponding dimples, significantly enhances the effective heat transfer area and promotes turbulence within the intricate flow channels. Preliminary estimations suggest a substantial heat exchange capacity relative to the device's compact size, highlighting the potential for high efficiency in cryogenic applications. The complex geometry and flow path, enabled by additive manufacturing, underscore the approach to maximizing heat transfer within stringent spatial constraints. Mass of the device including connections: 1.35 kg
