Low-profile hat hook for a 2" thick cubicle wall, or similar. Very small and doesn't take up any room on your cubicle wall with some big ugly hook. No tape needed, but will lay flatter on the top of the wall with some double-sided. If you're hanging heavier items from it than a hat, tape may be required.
