Cubitos Rules Lifter

This is an addon to MagnumDanger's Dice Box and Card Display at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4809766 and my additional boxes for the [Fowl Play](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/388568/cubitos-fowl-play) expansion at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6756051, for [Cubitos](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/298069/cubitos).

Make sure to print it on it's "back" to avoid overhangs.

I keep everything in the Cubitos box like this (see also photos), and unfortunately the rule book is only slightly smaller than the box itself, so it's hard to lift up without picking at it and mangling it. The Lifter sits around one of the boxes on the bottom layer, and allows you to simply lift up the rules (again, see photos).
- (TOP LAYER) remaining boxes + cards
- (MIDDLE LAYER) rulebooks
- (BOTTOM LAYER) boards + some boxes in an "L" shape around them
