CuChem Pi4 laptop

I was having the most difficult time finding a complete pi4 laptop build in 2020 and decided to make my own. This is my first attempt at making a raspberry pi4 laptop, so feel free to improve on it as you see fit. I reused a hinge design from thingiverse but forgot where I got it from. If you look through my previous posts, this is a culmination of fitting all of the modeled 3D parts. It still needs some fitting as the tolerance for the laptop is too tight.

I had to move a few things around to make it all fit, the components are the same. The base in orange was version 1 and the black base version 2. The main differences were moving the HDMI female, AUX in, and battery pack to a different spot.

Forgot to include instructions on how to make the keyboard work. The keyboard is attached to the USB-C port of the Pi4 via a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

By default, the Pi4 USB-C port is set to power mode and not Host mode (data mode).
