A replacement for this griddle knob is tough to find so I designed one that also accepts the existing metal strip from the original.
I printed in ABS but that was only because I had some black in it. Should work great in PETG, but stay away from PLA for this due to proximity to heat which will likely warp it.
Print with opening down and use supports underneath for best results and best finish.
