Cura 4 Brake Pads Alignment Tool

Pad alignment tool for Formula Cura4 disc brakes. 4 different versions are included, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0 and 2.2mm.Print the one you need according to your rotor's width, or a bit smaller if they are used. Insert this into you caliper and pump your brake lever to press your pads against it. This will align them with the centre of the caliper, to the selected width.Now mount the caliper as usual and do the final adjustment on the rotor before torquing the caliper bolts.Enjoy immediate bite on your newly centred pads. Included is a standard print profile, but you'll loose precision due to the support interface.There is also an AMS version, with PETG as interface layer. This will give you the required precision for the brake pad distance.The 1.9mm version has to be printed in 0.16mm layer or it will be rounded up to 2.0mm at 0.2mm layer height.
