A customizable artsy, geometricky box / cube.
This started as a sketch on paper just drawing curves on the faces of a cube and seeing how they could combine together continously. I found three ways to do it, which split the cube into two identical halves and decided to model them in 3D.
Curve type 1 has a quarter circle on each face.
Curve type 2 has a half circle on each face(well, 4 of the 6 faces anyways)
Curve type 3 has 3/4 circle on each face.
All styles take two identical pieces to form a cube.
Hollow and solid versions are possible.
Provided STLs are 50mm cubes with 5mm thick walls.
Type 3 is the most interesting shape to me~~, but unfortunately the least practical to print since the walls are 0 thickness in places.~~
I have updated the scad and model for curve type 3, the faces now use partial ellipse curves to avoid the 0 thickness walls. The customizer and openscad seem to have problems previewing this curve type 3. It renders fine in OpenSCAD thoug
