This is based on two other designs that I combined to make this custom design. I liked the blade of the one design but preferred a Karambit-style grip. Print with support, it will be minimal support needed mostly for the handle and very little for the blade.Printed with PLA or PLA+, but using ABS or TPE could make a more flexible knife.I printed using the tri-hexagon infill pattern and at 90% infill, for some extra strength.I printed the Airsoft_Knife_Main2, Airsoft_Knife_Pins, chef_L, and chef_L files as a single print, which took around 11 hours at 60 mm/s print speed. After printing, the grips, blade and pins are tight-fit, and with very little sanding and elbow grease, it can be put together pretty well. I used very little superglue.Print SettingsPrinter brand:CrealityPrinter:Ender 3Rafts:Doesn't MatterSupports:YesResolution:0.2mmInfill:90%Filament brand:SA FilamentFilament material:PLA or PLA+
