This model is a parametric end cap generator for typical steel, aluminium and other square (or rectangle) tubes.Create your personal size by entering your dimensions to generate your end cap:Valid size range: 24mm to 220mm (Square or rectangle)Metal Thickness: 0.5 to 14mm thick;Corner radius: outside radius of the tube corners (Tip : Usually it's minimum 2x the metal thickness or more) ;Spring grab legs are fixed in length at about 40mm long.Step 1Overall size (mm)Measure the width and height of your tube (Outside dimensions)* Square tubes : Width and Height should be identical.
