Custom PC case built for a unique purpose. May not be useful to most people, but should be simple enough to modify for your own needs.

CPU Cooling: Big Shuriken 3

Mobo: Asrock b450 fatality itx

RAM: 32GB Crucial E-die 3000/CL15 (not yet overclocked)

GPU: Powercolor 5700xt Red Dragon + low profile connectors from Ali

PSU: SF600 Platinum

2x Noctua Redux 92mm fans

5inch HDMI screen inside the case currently with Rainmeter system monitoring skin
