Custom length MacNeill Cases

Modified version of the MacNeill Case. I cadded it up from scratch, but the design is a MacNeill.

This was designed based on the shoulder length from the end of the button to the end of the grip.

For some reason, not a good angle for the OrenzNero, something wrong with the angle, but I'm working on it. Support for catch at the end only.
