I’ve always loved water-cooled PC builds, and one of my favorite features has always been a custom distro plate.
For the longest time, I wanted to design and make my own, but I never had access to a CNC machine capable of doing it… until now.
Thanks to PCBWay, I was finally able to bring my custom-designed D5 pump distro plate to life — and as you can see, it came out absolutely amazing! It’s a perfect fit for any custom water-cooled PC build.
This distro plate measures 240mm x 120mm and features:
- A D5 pump housing integrated into the base,
- A secondary channel aligned with a standard radiator,
- BSP G1/4 threads for all standard water-cooling fittings,
- And a convenient fill port at the top.
It’s designed to be made from acrylic (PMMA), with a 15mm-thick base plate, 10mm lid, and a 10mm pump mounting ring.
🧩 Assembly Requirements:
- 2mm Nitrile O-ring cord for three custom O-rings,
- One 3mm Nitrile O-ring (60mm OD / 54mm ID) for sealing the D5 pump,
- 39 × M4x20mm countersu
