Custom Sheet Connector Clip: Hinged + Fixed Angles

A parametric double-sided clip system for connecting paper, cardboard, foam board, and other sheet materials. Each jaw grips one sheet with a tapered entry slot and tiny sawtooth teeth for hold. Two variants are included: a print-in-place hinged clip that folds to a range of angles, and a set of fixed-angle clips for permanent joints at specific angles (45, 90, 135, 180 degrees). I designed these so my kid could build things out of cardboard -- forts, houses, vehicles, whatever they dream up. Instead of breaking down boxes for recycling, we cut them into panels and clip them together into something new. The hinged clips let them experiment with angles, while the fixed clips lock in structural joints. No glue, no tape, just slide the cardboard in and build. The clips are reusable too -- pull the panels apart and rebuild into something else. Small and light enough to print a big set of them quickly.
