Custom Vase Factory

This is a remix/extension of Ferjerez's "Rippled Vase Factory"

with added customizable features.
If you want to make a vase (empty), bottom yes, no top, slice with zero infill, some slicers
have "vase mode" - single shell printed in one pass.

Choose one of Ferjerez's shapes or choose custom shape and change the parameters
until you see something you like.
!!! - With custom shape, it is possible to choose Customizer parameters that will create
an unprintable thing with gaps between sections vertically. Check the thing in your slicer
preview.
