Custom Working wheels for ANYTHING!

This model was designed for a ballon car, for the base to sit on. Now it is up to you for what you want to use these wheels for! Includes different parts available for download a total of 3 or download all at once. Supports are only needed for the base of which the wheels and axil sit on. To assemble just attach one axil inside of one wheel, repeat for the second wheel. Then attach the parts from either end into the base/holder and the tape the middle, and there you go a working wheel.
