Using a female XLR connectors i bought online, I created plates to mount them onto a flat surface for a custom studio recording setup. One version includes two XLR connections and a 1/4 inch connection (headphones or instrument... whatever you'd prefer). The second version simply allows 3 XLR connections total. Four screw holes are integrated for easy plotting/mounting, as well as the necessary screw holes for the XLR mounts themselves (based on my specific mount design). The XLR inserts are tight enough so that the XLR mounts snap in place and stick, even without the fastening screws.
