I lost a pawn for my chess set so I decided to make my own and here is the result. It requires no support and is customisable so you can make it the size you need for your set. To customise it figure out the height of your pawn (by ruler, calipers, etc) and then open the model in the slicer and go to the scale section and turn on uniform selection and put in the height in the Z spot.
