Customizable Bike Mount for Modular Mounting System

This thing is a bike mount gadget for Modular Mounting System (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2194278).
Using the same adjustable phone clamp (available from the original page), you can attach your phone to bike very firmly with zip tie.

It is customizable for phone size, handlebar diameter and other dimensions.
A minimum of 24mm total width is recommended.
The preview in customizer is messy. But don't worry, the exported stl will be fine.

The final model generated by customizer is going to be different from the photos. Refer to the stl file for final look. I updated the design after printed the first version.

MAKE:
- Download the "M5 knob for phone v3" instead of v2 shown in photos, as the reduced diameter won't interfere with handlebar.
- Print without support.
- Setting the diameter slightly smaller than the actual diameter of handlebar helps for strength and tension of the mount. For example, if your handlebar is 25.4mm, don't set diameter any larger than 25.
