I printed miniature versions of the Coffin puzzle to give to my roommates, at 75% scale. But when I scaled down the container to hold the solved puzzle, I realized there was a flaw in my plan. At 75% scale, the sides of the box were paper-thin. So, I made a parametric design that could fit the puzzle at a variety of sizes and maintain the same wall thickness.
I posted the .stl file for the puzzle at 75% scale; to fit a new size, you can use the .scad file. Just input the side length of the assembled puzzle plus tolerance. The tolerance needed will depend on the printer/settings and on how snug you'd like the container to be. I found 1 mm of tolerance gave a loose fit on my Flashforge Creator Pro. You can also adjust the wall thickness and the size of the window cutouts.
