Customizable Cable Holder (multi holder support)

This is a simple remix of the Cable Holder by xifle (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:130495)

This remix contains 2 additions:
1) Add another little cylinder at the other side, to improce more stability on the wall.
2) The possibility to create several Cable Holder next to each other, creating one large object.
