Customizable cable reel mount

I was struggling with setting up a TV on a trolley, which needed a cable reel to provide the necessary power. To avoid people to take away the cable reel (e.g. for use on another place), and not putting it back, I designed this mount to screw the reel to the TV trolley.

The design is customizable so it can be adopted to other look-a-like trolleys with e.g. a different pole width.
