Customizable Card Box with Cutouts

This is a customizable card box, based on zxqueb's awesome design, but with rounded cutouts on the short ends and on the bottom. The end cutouts allow you to more easily draw cards from the deck during gameplay, and the bottom cutout allows you to push up the last couple cards when the deck is running low, as well as identify the deck in the box while it's closed, should you have several similar looking boxes.

I have yet to print this, so it is marked "Work in Progress" until I am sure it prints well. (but i think it will)

Minor Update 8/22/2013: Split cutout parameters into seperate tab in Customizer
Minor Update 8/22/2013: Tweaked parameters to be whole number % (0-100 instead of 0 to 1), and adjusted parameter usage so the end cutouts can't cut into the sidewall anymore.
