Customizable Coin Holder Reloaded - Fully Parametric

A fully parametric, procedurally-generated coin holder and dispenser ready for you to customize and print to fit your currencies and car cupholders of choice.
I initially set out to finish adding a basic auto-arrangement procedure to the original design, but ultimately fell down a rabbit hole and ended up refactoring almost all of it from the ground up.
The cover is now a 3d domed piece with curved slots and bezels for reinforcement and ease of use. It also has additional fixing pins, to help hold it together, and most importantly, you can specify any type or number of coins, and it will arrange them intelligently to fit them all neatly, even in a very small outer cylinder! You can tweak the wall to have it with or without the edges of the coins exposed, and various other features and elements as well.
The default settings are for US coins including dollar coins, and the plungers are sized for 3 inch compression springs from McMaster-Carr p/n: 9657K124
