I take the code of msdevstep and add some parametrer to make ir more customizable.
Blade ends, central cilinder, the cone in the base, etc,
Also the blade shape is not a cube anymore.
I used it to transform an standard radial computer fan into a centrifugal blower.
All the designs that I found are nor complete or have a lot of troubles to print.
I print it with PLA at 200 C, bed 60, and a very important thing isminimize OOZE, If you dont the blades will not be "clean".
My ooze prevention settings in my Repetier configuration is:
1-Start every layer at random point
2-ooze prevention . It shake the noozle when translate to other point
3-Z-lift elevate 0.1mm until travel.
4-Reduce a little your printing speed , and take care about extrusion.
see http://manual.slic3r.org/expert-mode/fighting-ooze for more detail
All theese setting are in printer tab ar slickr3 prusa edition.
I hope,you found this usefull.
