This is my "Hello World" Customizer thing.
We use wedges like these to block open doors like a doorstop or at the hinge. Two wedges can be pushed together inside the frame of a sprinkler head to shut off the (copious) flow of water. Not sure if ABS is up to the stresses of closing a sprinkler head - I guess I will have to test. Print it in a bright color so that you don't lose it on the fireground.
Add your own initials or employee number. I printed dozens of hand-customized wedges for my buddies before I figured out how to parametrically create the same thing using OpenSCAD.
This is currently designed only for the Black Rose font. I am not delighted with the font, but it is a nice change from blocky Tinkercad letters. I will be figuring out how to munge other fonts onto the shape appropriately.
If you have suggestions about how to brute-force text onto shapes, I am all ears.
Work in progress. Stay tuned, based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:43931
