Customizable intertwined mobius generator

Intertwined mobius strip generator that makes parametric bracelets or other interesting desk toys. Some combinations are printable on an FDM printer, such as the sample STL that has had a flat cut on the bottom to help it adhere to the first layer.

Weird things happen if `twists` and `loops` share common factors, so they should be relatively prime.
