Custom-design a badge with a magnetic back. You supply the artwork as an SVG file, which is embossed on the surface. Customize the overall shape (number of sides), corner radius, thickness, aspect ratio, slope of the embossed logo, and several other settings. This model assumes you will replace the filament spool partway through to make the logo a different color than the background. You may either print it in one piece, with supports for the magnet hole on the underside, or as two parts to be glued together, requiring no supports. While customizing, a disk the size of a US quarter coin is shown to the side, for scale. The default settings include a hole to fit these magnetic clasps, but you can adjust the parameters to fit any disk-shaped object. This parameterized model will not work in the MakerWorld parametric modeler – you will need the OpenSCAD client.
