Customizable musical rasp / guiro [generator]

Add a rhythm section to your tracks! This updated generator allows you to create a modern, sleek musical rasp (guiro). The math behind the ridges has been completely fixed so they generate perfectly on top of the base. By building them additively, they are incredibly strong and will never snap off when playing. The base is thin and comfortable, and you can push the quality slider to the maximum for silky smooth rounded corners. Grab a wooden skewer or a printed stick and drag it across the ridges to create that classic percussion scraping sound.   ⚙ What can you customize? Dimensions: Adjust the total length, width, and thickness. The base is thin by default for a perfect feel in the hand. Ridge style: Choose between round, trapezoid, or triangle ridges. Trapezoid and round offer extreme durability against heavy scraping. Quality limit increased: The quality slider now goes all the way up to 300. This ensures your curved edges are perfectly smooth. Spacing & depth: Control exactly how aggressive the scraping sound is.   🖨 Print settings This is an easy print that requires no supports. Orientation: Print flat on its back. The ridges are designed to print facing upwards. Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA. Harder filaments like PLA give a sharper, louder clicking sound. Infill: 15% to 20% is ideal.
