I didn't really want to reinvent the wheel, but I needed to move a heavy pallet and didn't like the plastic wheels I found at the store.
In my examples, the wheels are meant to be placed over a 1" (1.315" OD) or 3/4" (1.05" OD) iron gas pipe, which can then be attached in some fashion to the pallet/etc (e.g. such as drilling a hole through the pallet). Print an NPT-threaded pipe cap for each end of the pipe to keep the wheels in place.
Printed with sufficient infill, I was easily able to support >200 lbs per wheel.
