Customizable phone charging stand with ejector

There are still new phones on the market today without wireless charging. The idea here is simple. Built a charging stand that fits your phone, with a ejector that you can remove the phone with one push. The hard part is to align the USB charging cable. Below are some steps that you can follow to ensure a good alignment. This alignment will ensure that the USB plug will always goes right into the phone every time. This avoids the plug scratching paint off your phone around the USB input port.

STEP 1 - Set the parameters and print the 3D objects. Check to make sure that your phone can slide nicely into the slot. Then install the metal shaft and the ejector.

STEP 2 - Put your phone in with the USB charging cable connected. Add in some separation to the ejector stop position so that the USB cable is the major support of the phone.

STEP 3 - Add some glue to fix the position of the USB charging cable while the phone is connected. Be careful not to spill glue to your phone
