Customizable Pole/Pipe Mounting Clamp

Modified OpenSCAD file to allow for no face_holes. Original code had a divide-by-zero error. Also added $fn parameter for higher detail on the cylinders. Since I printed the part in TPU, also removed the relief slots since the clamp was plenty flexible.
