This thing is a customizable cutter for spiral wraps.
Make your own spiral wraps out of old hoses or pieces of cable insulation leftover.
You already had the problem, to organize your cables and bind them together, but you didn't have the right spiral wrap on hand ?
Then this thing may be for you.
The tube guide part of the thing is customizable according to your tube or cable end diameter.
The cut with is widely ajustable - from 0 to more than twice the tube diameter, just adjust the knife angle accordingly.
