Customizable Spool Bushing with Bearing options

This is a customizable spool bushing that you can change the parameters. Nothing much about this but it does makes the spool rolls more smoothly on my spool stand pipe. I also included an option to have bearing slot. Just punch in the figures and there you have it.

It seems like having rcount=10, have a bug in openscad where the 9th and 10th ring didn't show up, better avoid punching in 10 for rcount unless you want it

I only made improvement of adding the option of customizing it so we all don't have to remodel a new thing whenever a different size for spool and stand mount were used

Added option to remove the main hole (center) so that you can convert this into some kind of connector or anything. Another idea you can use this is to use the rings and slot in some threaded rod to make something vertical or as a pair. But main function was to use it as a spool bushing for my ge
