I tried a few others but my wife's water bottle still kept getting knocked over as it's got a wide neck (but not wide enough to be stable!) so I designed something in OpenSCAD and also made it customizable.
The "plug" part is best snug into the neck of the bottle but not so tight that you can't just place it on and lift it off. I've got maybe 1mm of play in there.
