We seem to lose these in our house with every other roll of tape.

Specify the dimensions for your own dispenser.

Print two and use superglue to fix them together. If you really want them to match precisely, use a bit of filament to align the holes, or slide them together over a "U" of paper clip (but use a single drop of glue in the center and be careful not to glue the clip in).
