This parametric model has simple params such as radius, height, type of hanger. Also it has extended params like branches width, length and start position. Change radius doesn't break composition, because branch params are relative of radius (sets in coefficient of radius)
You can customize it with Customizer or download and open .scad file in OpenSCAD program (I recommend at least 2019.05 version for customization without code change).

Added presets with 10 snowflakes
