Customizer campus rungs

# Customizing design

* These campus rungs can be ~~adjusted through the customizer~~, most parameters are variable.
* Something seems to be wrong with the thingiverse customizer; all mirrored holes are not created (the hole patterns work through symmetry); giving you an irregular hole pattern which is useless.
* **problems seems to be fixed, customizer might work! might have been caused by different for loop execution orders?? (problem was in calculating loc0)**
* Download the .scad file, open in openSCAD and use the customizer section within openSCAD to customize the model.
* Each customized model will generate a text on the front of the following format:
* **d:22a:-5r:4**
* **depth** (for fingers 22 mm)
* **angle** (measured from back to front) -5 degrees
* **rounding radius** (nice for the fingers) 4 mm
* I play with the depth, angle and rounding radius to find a comfortable but hard edge to practice on.
