I liked the look of the kitchen spice shelf / rack by ceerzet
( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3128614 )
Thank you ceerzet for sharing.
For my situation, I wanted the shelf to be just a little deeper and to mount to the wall
instead of hanging down from a shelf above. I also wanted the option to use wooden
dowels instead of metal tubes.
I remixed ceerzet's shelf by importing his .stl file into OpenSCAD and have thus included
his "spice_shelf.stl" file with this remix. I prefer to keep my imports separate from my
outputs in OpenSCAD, so I left a commented-out line in my OpenScad file to show how
I like to setup my files. As I understand it though, my preferred setup won't work with
the customizer.
I have incorporated the library "Rounded primitives for openscad"
(c) 2013 Wouter Robers
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:58478
in my OpenSCAD file, also in hopes of allowing customizer functionality.
