I recommend to print all the plate by objects (others→print sequence: By object), THE ONLY problem with this option is that's not possible to PAUSE the printing to change the filament, with all the settings, the layers are 20, so it will iniate the second print at 21, if you're watching the print, you can pause it manually and it will continue with the new color***.
