I made earrings from the “Snowflakes Decorations” Model by Egestas. I selected four of them, downsized them to 2 sizes (~19 mm and ~24 mm wide), added a ring to attach an earring and inserted lines and stars to stabilize fragile parts. You can attach earrings of your choice, ideally by using split rings.
