This is a special hook designed to hold flat objects with a hole. It was designed initially for a cutting board with a straight hole cut through. The goal of the hook was to have it sit flush with the hole, close to the wall, to not show any counter-sinked screws, and be pretty minimalistic.
It is completely customizable and coded up in OpenSCAD. The default is set to work with an IKEA cutting board. I included an STL but it's pretty specific so I'd recommend building your own in the Customizer app.
