Cutting tool

This is a punch-cut tool for a 6 cavities lid's thermoforming mould. These tool-cuts are made of sharpened steel band (VikingFlex brand name) which are formed to the required shape and inserted into a plywood or composite plate. This tool is mounted on the thermoforming machine between mould and stacking station.
