If you are having trouble with adhesion, try putting on Purple Glue or hairspray, whichever you prefer. This dragon I made with the help of my friend, who is good at drawing, and who provided a good schematic to look at. I haven't tried, but any filament should work for this. If you print in ABS, maybe try putting a brim on the wings to prevent shrinkage, this is an issue I had with older versions of this model.
