Based on the originally unused design that was later featured in the special edition of Silver Nemesis.
For the antenna I used an AUX jack with a telescopic radio antenna, cutting off the jack and the widest segment.

2mm craft foam for the skirt.
It's hollow so you can insert electronics, i used this RC Flip Car available from Kmart in Australia
