Use the openscad file to adjust your height and 3D print. STL is set to 30mm height.

You can secure it with four zip ties (2 for the sensor, 2 to secure it to the frame).

I applied a little bit of hot glue underneath the bracket and let it cool to add a rubber-like texture to help it grip better when secured to the bike frame.
