I needed an object to check to make sure everything was still calibrated and test circles as I've been printing ovals. So, I created this. It is a 20mm cube with a 20mm cylinder on top. Created in Tinkercad.
I am using an Anet A8, and at the time of publishing this, I am still printing ovals. I have done the follwing:
Printed and installed:
Top frame braces
filament guide at extruder
drag chains
bed spring bushings to keep bed from shifting
X and Y axis belt tensioners
Front and rear frame braces
Semi circle fan duct
Z axis wobble reducers
Added glass bed
Upgraded belts to fiberglass reinforced
Upgraded bearings to Igus Drylin bearings
Upgraded fans
Added MOSFETs for both extruder and bed
Using Raspberry Pi 3 for Octoprint
I've calibrated using a 20mm cube and now get 20mm on all sides. Somehow can no longer print circles...
