Cylinder Puzzle

I did not design this puzzle. Wil Strijbos is the original designer.

V2 has tighter tolerances and I added visual marks for locating.

Make sure that the parts fit and rotate smoothly. Also that the balls go through the hole easily in the Top Cyl. You might have to do some filing/sanding.

You will need:
5 pc. 5/16 (0.313") ball bearings (Try the puzzle with two to start)
1 spring https://www.mcmaster.com/9657k335 (I cut a spring down that I had on hand)
(The O.D. of the spring needs to be 0.50" or smaller with an I.D. bigger than 0.32)

You can play with Z scale to add more balls, but you will need a longer spring.

On the original puzzle there are locating marks. I did not add these because there is a layer seam which is used as reference. Let me know if you think it would be better to add something.
